All our bedrooms are totally different. They can be found in the Main House, the Stables or the Cottages. They’ve got bags of personality and some surprising quirks. Choose from Snug, Cosy or Comfy through to Spacious, or bring the family (and your dog) and book Super Spacious. Inspired by the building’s past – and its location – our rooms offer a very English home away from home. Find your favourite.

The Main House
It’s hard to compare the rooms in the Main House – they are all so different. If you want Snug or Super Spacious, and anything in between you can find them all in here. They have been sympathetically restored in the spirit of the building. Some have baths – but they all have rainfall showers or wet rooms. They all have different views. You can find most of the rooms on the first floor of the Main House, with accessible rooms and some of our family rooms on the ground floor.

The Cottages
We firmly believe there’s a room for everyone. Our Cottages are tucked away behind the Main House. They are still just a few steps away from everywhere else. Choose from Snug, Cosy or Super Spacious rooms here. Enjoy the comfy beds, and the same fittings and furnishings that can be found in all our rooms. Some have baths – but they all have rainfall showers or wet rooms. Dogs are very welcome (as they are in all our rooms).

The Stables
If you want something very different from the Main House, our Stables are the perfect choice. Find them across the courtyard, next to The Grain Store. There are two floors, which each offer a new view of The Maltings. Climb the stairs and be near the treetops, where you can enjoy big North Norfolk skies through giant sky lights. Or enjoy the different light that comes with the outside space of the ground floor rooms (especially good for dogs). Like all our rooms, some have baths – but they all have rainfall showers or wet rooms.
